Our refund policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase and you have not contacted customer service, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the item was received, normal refund & return policy applies as per usual.

Pre-orders & out of stock
In the event that an item is out of stock, we offer a convenient pre-order option for our customers. When you choose to pre-order, you can secure your desired item ahead of time while we prepare for a restock. The estimated restock period for such items is approximately three months.
During this time, you can rest assured that your pre-ordered item is reserved for you, and you will be notified via the shipping carrier on when the item will be shipped

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Sale items if eligible for refund, the refund will be issued according to sale price.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@a87.shop with an immediate picture taken 24 hours from receiving the package, to be eligible for a partial/ full refund
To return your product, our shipping agents will contact you to pick up the package.
